Holiday Chef is a gourmet meal service specializing in fully prepared holiday feasts, handcrafted by professional chefs and delivered straight to your door. Each feast arrives ready to heat, serve, and enjoy — no cooking required.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply visit HolidayChef.org and select your desired feast or bakery item. Add it to your cart, choose your delivery date, and check out securely online. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking link when it ships.
3. When should I order my holiday meal?
We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your desired delivery date, as our chef-prepared feasts are made in limited quantities and often sell out early in the season.
4. How are the meals shipped?
All Holiday Chef feasts are shipped frozen or refrigerated using insulated packaging and expedited UPS delivery to ensure freshness upon arrival. Heating instructions are included in every box.
5. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
6. Can I customize my feast?
Select feasts may offer limited customization options (such as side dish swaps or dessert substitutions). Custom chef experiences and corporate holiday menus can be arranged by contacting our team directly at info@holidaychef.org.
7. What’s included with each feast?
Each feast includes a main entrée (such as turkey, ham, or prime rib), a curated selection of gourmet sides, and a signature dessert. Full menu details are listed on each product page.
8. How long will my meal last after delivery?
Meals should be refrigerated upon arrival and can remain safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Always follow the heating and storage guidelines provided.
9. Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Select sides and desserts are available in vegetarian or gluten-free varieties. Look for the dietary icons on each product page or contact customer service for recommendations.
10. Can I send a Holiday Chef Feast as a gift?
Absolutely! During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s shipping information and add a personal gift message. A gift card or digital greeting can also be included upon request.
11. What if my order arrives damaged or delayed?
We take great care in packaging each feast. If there is a shipping issue or damage during transit, please contact us immediately at support@holidaychef.org within 24 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will resolve it promptly.
12. Do you cater corporate or group events?
Yes. Holiday Chef provides corporate holiday catering and private chef experiences for offices, events, and holiday parties. For custom menus and bulk ordering, email events@holidaychef.org.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Corporate clients may request invoicing through our events team.
